Florence McMahon (née Dagenais), 1933-2025

 

C’est avec chagrin que nous annonçons le départ soudain
de Florence Dagenais,
survenu le 15 juin dernier, à l’âge de 91 ans.
…

Épouse de feu George McMahon, elle laisse dans le deuil de nombreux êtres chers, notamment ses enfants Lily, Doreen (Michel De Bien), George Jr. (Johanne Laramée), Anthony (Sylvie Demers), Norman (Sylvie Laberge), 8 petits-enfants et 13 arrière-petits-enfants, sa sœur Dolorès Beauchamps, ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces, parents et amis. 

Outre son mari, elle a maintenant rejoint leur fils James.  

Florence a fait de son foyer un endroit aimant et accueillant où elle appréciait la compagnie de sa famille. Assise sur sa galerie, elle aimait contempler les fleurs et se plaisait à passer du temps avec ses oiseaux. 

Florence laisse derrière elle
un héritage d’amour et de bonté.

Les funérailles auront lieu dans l’intimité familiale.

    Je tiens à souhaiter mes sympathies à toute la famille et amis(es) et surtout à Mme Dolorès Beauchamp, toujours dur de perdre une personne qui part pour toujours.. un grand repos bien mérité pour Florence Dagenais, elle saura protéger toutes les personnes qui étaient très importantes pour elle.     Lily, Doreen, George, Tony, Norman, grandchildren and great grandchildren of Florence McMahon,

    We wish to extend our deepest sympathy to all of you during this time of sorrow and loss.
    Your mother/grandmother was a wonderful, beautiful, human being whom I adored and enjoyed talking to.
    I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful lady who could put a smile on my face any time.
    I will truly miss Florence and trust that she has joined her loved ones who have passed before her, and that she is now watching the birds fly by well watering her flowers .
    What a great gal she was Florence and her life was well lived.
    We will be thinking of you, until we meet again.
