It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Ghislaine Serra,
on Friday, December 12, 2025, at the age of 82.

Ghislaine passed away peacefully at the CHSLD in Ormstown. She leaves to mourn a daughter and a son, two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, as well as one brother.
She will forever be missed
but will live on in our hearts,
thoughts and actions.
The family wish to express heartfelt gratitude to the staff
at the Ormstown CHSLD for their dedication and care. It
makes a difference in their resident’s life.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place
and no funeral will be held.

Ghislaine was a wonderful person, alert, funny, and full of life. I met her several years ago, when I was volunteering at the CHSLD. She talked about the times when she had a farm, her chickens and a better life. She volunteered at the friperie of St.Malachie and Mariette Payant told me how generous she was. She will be missed by all those who knew her
