Bobby passed away peacefully on May 24, 2018 at the age of 90 years.
Beloved husband of Thyra and the late Joan. Loving father of Larry (Cecile Antink), Pamela (Neil Richardson), Carole (Glen Tannahill) and Linda (Daniel Lussier). Dear grandfather of Bradley (Monique), Ian (Amanda), Eric (Allyson), Jason (Claudelle), Serena (Mathew), Andrew, the late Yvonne, Robert, Keesha (Steven), Kyle, Jake and Kate. Dear great-grandfather of Luke, Malcolm, Asher and Liara.
He also cherished each and every member of his bonus family, the Tolhursts. Survived by his brother Owen, brother-in-law Brian and sisters-in-law Shirley and Millie.
He will be remembered for his passion for family, Ayrshires, sports, and for his ability to recognize potential in people and help them achieve it.
Visitation at the funeral home on Saturday, June 2, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
A celebration of his life will be held at the Howick United Church, 2 Bridge St. in Howick, on Sunday, June 3rd, 2018 at 2:00 pm.
