Sadly, the family of Jean Goodall announce her passing on April 7, 2020 at the age of 91.
Born on August 18, 1928, she was the daughter of James and Grace Cullen. She was predeceased by her husband of forty-nine years, Hugh Goodall (1925-1998). She is survived by one of nine siblings, her dearly loved sister, Ethel Thompson.
Jean was also predeceased by her oldest son, David, in 1991. She will be forever remembered by her remaining children, Alan (June), Deborah (Brent), and Amy (Kenneth), as well as eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, and a large extended family, who were all very important to her.
A lifelong and proud resident of Allan’s Corners, Jean was a loving wife and mother who was devoted to selflessly supporting her friends and family. She had deep faith, was an avid baker, excelled in the art of knitting, and always enjoyed a good card game.
Our sincere gratitude goes to all healthcare workers who assisted in her well-being.
In her memory, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
A celebration of her life will be arranged at a later date.
