Patricia passed away peacefully at the Royal Victoria Hospital
in Barrie, Ontario, at the age of 84 years.
Wife of the late Merrill Elliott and mother of the late Garry Elliott, she will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Pam Dillabough, son-in-law Mike Whiston, grandchildren Jordan Elliott, Dylan Elliott and Karizma Dillabough, step-grandchild Shawn Whiston as well as her sister Virginia Rafter and brothers Calvin and the late Dougie Lang.
Patricia spent most of her life in Ormstown, which she loved, with friends and relatives and was involved in many community organizations. After the death of her husband, she then moved to Barrie (Ontario) to be closer to her daughter and where she met new friends. Active and lively, she enjoyed curling, alpine skiing, gardening, travelling and seniors dancing.
Patricia will be sadly missed by her family, her friends
and her fur babies.
A celebration of life will be announced on this page at a later date.

Saddened to hear of Aunt Pat’s passing , always remember the family gatherings of aunts, uncles and cousins in Ormstown so many years ago now. Always a treat visiting Aunt Pat and Uncle Merrill place because it always included cookies and sweets. Our sincere condolences to all the family, may she rest in peace.
Our sympathy to Pat’s family. She was a good friend of my mothers and she enjoyed their visits. Mary and David
Our deepest sympathy Pam, to you and your family on the passing of your Mom. She and my Mom enjoyed lots of hot, summer days at the pool together.
My sympathies to your family. I always loved having a chat with her when I lived next to her on Roy street for many years growing up. My sympathies to your family again. Rest in peace Pat.
