Allister, always admired your curiosity, your can do attitude, and the many accomplishments that stemmed from there. We were lucky to have you in our family, and you will be missed. Kindest thoughts to your brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews at this time.

I was very sorry to hear of the passing of Allister Irving. I have not seen him since he was a child but I remember how proud his father Ross was to have him become the first blind Boy Scout in Canada (and maybe elsewhere). My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

My sympathies to all of his family. Allister’s locker was beside mine in high school and we shared many laughs together. RIP

Spent many a Friday evening with Allister at the Huntingdon bowling alley with the Melissa Sunshine Camp organization. He had a wonderful sense of humour and loved bowling. Rest in peace dear friend.
