    Dear Family,

Please accept my condolences on the passing of Penny. She was a lovely, intelligent and witty lady. One that my mum, Judy, truly admired and considered a friend. May you find peace and strength during this sad time

Dear Robbie, I only saw this notice today, all my sympathies to you and your familly. Penny and I were of « different political affiliation », and we used to tease each other about it everytime we met, and she was usually wearing blue. A huge loss for the community.

My condolences to the family. Penny was an active part of the comunity, but when I thumb through the Madrigal Cookbook looking for her yummy recipe for rice pudding is when I think of all that she gave to our community.

I’m so sorry to hear of Penny’s passing. She touched the lives of many people in her community and I greatly admired and loved her. We had great times singing together in the Madrigal Choir and attending Georgetown Presbyterian church until I moved away 4 years ago. Wished I could attend her funeral service but I’ll be singing at the funeral service of a member of my new Presbyterian congregation in Lachute on the same date, Saturday, January 27th in the afternoon. Our sincere condolences to Robbie and family.

Summer working on your farm Teaching me to cook some amazing desserts. Laughing in your kitchen until it hurt. So much apart of my teenage memories in Howick . The only scars in heaven are on the hands that hold you now. Into the arms of Jesus sweet friend
