Brenda,Beverley, Chuck & Ronnie our sympathies to all of you – our neighbours across the river – remember Merrill’s smile & and a special memory of how he put up the Christmas lights on the tree in your front yard every year to please a certain little girl who told him it wasn’t Christmas till he put them up for us to see.

Sorry to hear of Merrill’s passing. We enjoyed many ‘good times’ with Merrill and Mina before we moved away from the area. Even after that, we visited whenever we could. Our sympathies go out to the family. He will be missed.

My heartfelt sympathies to the family. I grew up with Uncle Merrill and Auntie Mina as our neighbours and I will always remember the countless hours spent « helping » Merrill baling hay when I was a young child. I can only imagine how much I actually slowed him down. Such a kind soul. He will be greatly missed.
