Trudy passed away peacefully at the Barrie Memorial Hospital in Ormstown, on August 4th, 2020, at the age of 97 years. Predeceased by her beloved husband Vincent Conde and her granddaughter Susan Delgado.
She will be mourned and missed by her daughter Birgit Seybold, granddaughter Erika Herrara, three great-grandchildren: Emeliano Manriquez, Santiago Ferraez and Daniel Ferraez; as well as her great-great–granddaughter whom she has never seen, the family all live in Mexico; her niece Elizabeth Conde (Montreal), her nephew Rigoberto Conde (Montreal), her niece Anne Conde (UK), also Andres and Cathy Garcia (Miami, Florida).
Trudy will be reminisced for her kindness and generosity as well as her wicked sense of humor.
She loved to travel with Vincent and entertain in her home, being a fantastic cook, baker, and crafter, especially knitting and crocheting, and was well known for her elegant style and knowledge of more than five languages.
She will be lovingly remembered by the owner and staff of Résidence Ormstown where she lived and enjoyed the last years of her life, and by her many, many friends.
Our Trudy will be sadly missed.

Sadly I just found out that Trudy passed away.
Trudy and Vincent were very nice. I used to see them all the time at my restaurant. I lost them after they moved to a senior home. She was so funny

My sincere condolences to dear Trudy’s family.
I met her at La Résidence last July (2019) and we hit it off!
She was so funny and « coquette »! We shared many private jokes!
I was privileged to know her.

I only knew Trudy a few months but when we chatted it seemed like years. What an amazing lady!
